About this site
This is a free site that gathers public federal data in one place: federal contracts and grants from USAspending.gov, federal lobbying filings from the Senate Lobbying Disclosure Act database, and active contract opportunities from SAM.gov. It is refreshed daily. It is an independent project, not a government website.
How to use it
- Contracts and Grants: totals for the last 30 days, top recipients, agencies and categories, spending by state, and the largest awards.
- Lobbying: recent filings grouped by issue area, registrant and client, plus a list of filings.
- Opportunities: every active SAM.gov contract notice, from SAM.gov’s public daily data file, listed by notice type and by state, with open response deadlines first (soonest first). Check the deadline on SAM.gov before you plan a response.
- States: pick a state or territory to see its contracts, grants, lobbying clients and active contract opportunities.
- Tables: type in the “Filter rows” box to narrow a table, and click a column header to sort it.
- Links: click an award, filing or notice to open the official source record with full details.
- Methodology and Sources: how the data is collected, and each source's terms of use.
