1. Who we are
pd.smartekai.net (the "Service") is operated by its owner, 20807 Peacemaker Trl, Lago Vista, TX 78645 ("we", "us").
2. The data
The Service republishes public U.S. government data (USAspending.gov, Senate LDA, SAM.gov). We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or timeliness. The Service is not a government website and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any agency. Always confirm opportunity details, deadlines and amendments on SAM.gov before acting. Nothing on the Service is legal, financial or bidding advice.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Team plan owners are responsible for the members they add.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor (currently PayPal) and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your Account page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Payments are not refunded for partial periods, except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
5. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempts to breach security, no automated scraping of the web app beyond the API limits of your plan, no resale of API access or bulk exports as a competing data product without written permission. API keys are personal to your account.
6. Email
Alert emails are sent only to addresses that request them; every alert contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
